Child Protective Intake Services assesses and checks into all child abuse and/or neglect allegations. Specific protocols are followed for each report. Services are directed toward alleviating danger in order to protect children, and if possible, keep the family intact. Seniors in Colorado Springs must be homebound to qualify and any senior outside of Colorado Springs residing in El Paso County are eligible for these meals. A supply of up to 14 meals can be delivered to seniors’ homes every other week.
